Ankommen und den Raum kennenlernen 

Wie du sicher bemerkt hast, schaltet sich beim Betreten des Raumes automatisch das Licht ein. An der Wand befindet sich ein Bewegungsmelder. Wenn du den Raum verlässt oder dich eine Weile nicht bewegst, geht das Licht nach etwa 5 Minuten von selbst wieder aus. 

Möchtest du den Raffstore bedienen, stehen dir zwei Optionen zur Verfügung. 


 1. "Alexa, mach es dunkel"

2. "Alexa, mach es hell"

 Arrive and get to know the room

As you may have noticed, the lights turn on automatically when you enter the room. There is a motion sensor on the wall. If you leave the room or do not move for a while, the lights will switch off automatically after about 5 minutes.

If you would like to operate the blinds, you have two options available.


 1. "Alexa, mach es dunkel"
→ This command dims the lights.
(Must be spoken in German.) 

2. "Alexa, mach es hell"
→ This command brightens the lights.
(Must be spoken in German.) 

Trackman starten

  1. Licht geht automatisch an, sobald du den Raum betrittst.
  2. Trackman-Hardware prüfen:
    • Wenn das Gerät aus ist →
        Den roten Button drücken, bis der Trackman startet.
    • Wenn er schon an ist → Nichts drücken.
  3. Der PC/Monitor startet automatisch.
    → Einfach kurz warten.
  4. Die Trackman-Software öffnet sich automatisch.
    → Das Laden dauert 30–60 Sekunden, das ist normal.
  5. ca.5 Minuten vor deiner gebuchten Zeit erscheint der Eingabebildschirm.
      Gib deinen persönlichen CODE ein.
    Danach schaltet das System frei und du kannst direkt loslegen.

Start the Trackman

  • The lights turn on automatically as soon as you enter the room.
  • Check the Trackman device:
    • If the unit is off →
      Press the red button until the Trackman starts.
    • If it is already on → Do not press anything.
  • The PC/monitor starts automatically.
     → Just wait a moment.
  • The Trackman software opens automatically.
     → Loading takes 30–60 seconds, which is normal.
  • About 5 minutes before your booked time, the input screen appears.
    → Enter your personal CODE.
    After that, the system unlocks and you can start right away.


Ausrüstung 

Für euch liegen Bälle und Tees bereit. Die Bälle sind Spezialbälle, die Titleist gemeinsam mit Trackman entwickelt hat.
Es ist wichtig, dass nur saubere Bälle gegen die Leinwand geschlagen werden. Bitte achtet auch darauf, dass eure Schläger sauber sind. Nur so haben wir alle lange Freude an einer intakten Anlage.

Am Ende eurer Session legt die Bälle bitte wieder für die nächsten Gäste zurück.

Auch wenn der Raum nicht groß ist – die Bälle haben ihre Verstecke. Ich kenne sie inzwischen alle, also macht euch keine Sorgen, wenn mal einer fehlt. Ich finde ihn.

 Equip­ment 

Balls and tees are provided for you. The balls are special balls developed by Titleist in cooperation with Trackman.
It is important that only clean balls are hit against the screen. Please also make sure that your clubs are clean. This is the only way we can all enjoy a well-maintained system for a long time.

At the end of your session, please return the balls for the next guests.

Even though the room isn’t very big, the balls do have their hiding spots. I know all of them by now, so don’t worry if one goes missing — I’ll find it.


Musik

Ihr habt die Möglichkeit, eure Handys aufzuladen und Musik abzuspielen. Dafür könnt ihr die Boombox ganz einfach mit eurem Smartphone verbinden.

Bitte denkt daran, dass ihr die Musik in eigener Verantwortung nutzt.
Im Fairway akzeptieren wir keinerlei Musik oder Gedankengut, das der rechten Szene oder extremistischer Ideologie zuzuordnen ist.

Music 

You have the option to charge your phones and play music. You can easily connect your smartphone to the boombox. 

Please remember that you are responsible for the music you play.
At Fairway, we do not accept any music or content associated with right-wing extremism or any form of extremist ideology. 


Essen und trinken

Grundsätzlich freuen wir uns, wenn bei euch die Geselligkeit groß ist und wir alle gemeinsam Spaß haben.
Doch wo viele Menschen zusammenkommen, braucht es ein paar klare Regeln.

Getränke werden ausschließlich über das Fairway bezogen.
Kaltgetränke, Kaffee, heiße Schokolade und Tee findet ihr im Küchenbereich.

Wenn ihr besondere Getränkewünsche habt, schreibt oder sprecht mich gerne an – wir versuchen, vieles möglich zu machen.

Essen könnt ihr gerne mitbringen oder bestellen.
Bitte esst und trinkt im Golfraum nur auf den gefliesten Bereichen.
Die Gäste nach euch werden es euch danken.

Food and Drinks

We’re always happy when everyone enjoys themselves and the atmosphere is lively.
 However, wherever many people come together, a few clear rules are necessary.

Drinks must be purchased exclusively from Fairway.
You’ll find cold drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the kitchen area.

If you have any special drink requests, feel free to message or speak to me – we try to make many things possible.

You are welcome to bring your own food or order something.
Please eat and drink only on the tiled areas in the golf room.
The guests after you will appreciate it.


Nach eurem Golfevent

Wenn eure Spielzeit beendet ist, braucht ihr lediglich euren Müll und die Flaschen ordentlich zu entsorgen.
Legt die Bälle und Tees bitte wieder an ihren Platz zurück.

Danach könnt ihr ganz entspannt nach Hause gehen – oder den Abend noch mit einem kleinen Absacker im Dartsraum ausklingen lassen.

Der Strom schaltet sich nach kurzer Zeit automatisch ab, darum müsst ihr euch nicht kümmern.

 After your golf event 

When your playing time has ended, please dispose of your trash and bottles properly.
Return the balls and tees to their designated place.

After that, you can head home relaxed – or finish the evening with a small drink in the darts room.

The power will switch off automatically after a short time, so you don’t need to worry about anything.
